بارنارد Barnard's Star هو قزم أحمر يعد ثاني أقرب النجوم السماوية للشمس وأقرب الاقزام الحمر اليها.

لهذا النجم حقيقة كبرى أكثر من اى نجم سماوي معروف يقطع خلالها عشر ثوان قوسية كل سنة. ومن المحتمل أن يكون للنجم بارنارد كواكب سيارة تدور حوله.
