جامعة ديوك بالإنجليزية: Duke University هي أقدم جامعة أمريكية تقع في مدينة درم، نورث كارولاينا. أسسها المثوديون والكويكرز في ما هو اليوم بلدة ترينيتي في 1839، ثم انتقلت المدرسة إلى درم في 1892. وفي 1924، أسس قطب التبغ والطاقة الكهربائية جيمس دوك مؤسسة ديوك، وحينئذ غيرت الجامعة اسمها احتفاءً بأبيه المتوفي، واشنطن دوك.
