المعرفة:بوت

هذه الصفحة سياسة رسمية في مشروع المعرفة. لها قبول واسع بين المحرّرين وتعتبر معيارا يجب أن يتبعه كل المستخدمين. اشعر بالحرية لتحرير هذه الصفحة حسب الحاجة، لكن رجاءً تأكّد بأنّ تعديلك يجب أن يعكس الإجماع على هذه السياسة قبل القيام به.

البوت هو برنامج حاسوب مكتوب بلغة حاسوب معينة قام بكتابته أشخاص لكي يقوموا بإنجاز أعمال كثيرة وبسيطة ومملة ومتكررة بالنيابة عنهم. مثل تلك الأعمال الخاصة بإضافة وصلات الانترويكي والتصانيف على مقالات الموسوعة. تستعمل البوت بكثرة على مختلف صفحات المعرفة بمختلف اللغات. كل بوت له صفحة مستخدم خاصة به، يكتب عليها مهامه ومن صاحبه وطريقة الاتصال به. يكون عمل البوت الجديد مقيد ومراقب. يجب على البوت اجتياز بعض الشروط لكي يحصل على خاصية البوت على المعرفة. يراقب المستخدمون عمل البوت ويقومون بإبلاغ صاحبه عن أي خلل يطرأ في عمله. في حالة عدم رد صاحب البوت على ملاحظات أو اعتراضات زملائه وتكرار الخطأ، قد يتم منع البوت من العمل في الموسوعة. بعد اجتياز فترة المراقبة بنجاح يقوم أحد بيروقراطيي الموسوعة بتسجيل البوت رسميا لكي يعمل بدون قيود. تقدم طلبات تشغيل البوت على الميدان.

الشروط والملاحظات أدناه مكتوبة بالانجليزية لأصحاب البوتات الذين لا يتقنون العربية.

• Currently we are accepting interwiki bots that uses interwiki.py. If you are intending to run a bot that uses a program other than interwiki.py then Bot status must be already granted in English wikipedia, Please do not apply if you don't have BOT status there for something other than interwiki.py
• running a bot without having a botpage and a link to your talkpage ready will result in blocking your bot
• Any work done by the bot, without containing one of the above Arabic words in the summary, might result in blocking your bot. It is one of the ways to make sure that the bot is doing what it should be doing.
• Please add your bot name to your user-config.py then make a few sample runs so others in arwiki can comment. Keep in mind that the only program allowed is interwiki.py. and make sure that the runs are at least 10 min. apart
• A request should be applied at the bot request page, where a vote would take place. Special conditions could be requested for certain bot actions.
• The request can be submitted in a different form, but should contain following data:

   * Botmaster (link to User page, may be on another wiki):
   * Bot's name (link to Bot User page):
   * List of botflags on others wikipedias:
   * Purpose:
   * Technical details (optional):

• make sure that the first interwiki you do is your userpage and your botpage. If you fail to do so, your bot might be blocked.
• Categorized your bot's user page by adding this code:

• When naming your bot, please make sure that a person can immediately determine that it is a bot.
